The Business Transformation team drives the transformation of work pass digital services, rules, and communications. We aim to deliver reliable, adaptive and simple services to both staff and public users. You will work closely with diverse stakeholders, leveraging on design thinking, behavioural insights, and emerging technologies such as AI and automation tools to develop innovative and user-centric services. You will research on problems and prototype concepts and solutions. Working with user-experience designers and researchers, you will get to pitch ideas to stakeholders and help decision makers balance the desirability, feasibility and viability of different solutions. Finally, you will collaborate with stakeholders on change management to bring our services from ideas to implementation.

What the role is
What you will be working on
• Conceptualise, develop and implement business transformation initiatives across a range of work pass digital services
• Engage employers, employment agents, public agencies and service providers to solicit feedback on transformation initiatives and secure their support towards implementation
• Assist the management in communicating our transformation roadmap and providing guidance to business and tech teams
• Guide the design team, tech teams and business users on UI/UX of digital screens and ensure that they meet MOM's quality standards and tone of voice
• Build innovation capabilities, such as design thinking, behavioural insights, artificial intelligence (AI) or automation tools as an approach to problem solving
• Create and sustain awareness of best practices amongst staff and scale up implementation of key projects
What we are looking for
• At least 3 years’ experience in delivering transformation of operations, services, work processes or communications
• Experience in applying design thinking, behavioural insights, service design or other process improvement tools to drive transformation
• Able to understand and align diverse stakeholders' needs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work independently and adapt to complex changes
• Good interpersonal skills to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders
