As a Manager/ Senior Manager, Tuition Grant in the Student Placement and Services Division, you will be part of a dynamic team that oversees the administration and implementation of various grant schemes and scholarships in our Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs).

• Partner IHLs and external agencies on the administration and implementation of grant schemes and scholarships • Engage grant recipients to ensure the fulfilment of service obligations • Manage enquiries and requests on tuition grant and scholarships matters • Initiate and participate in continuous improvement of operational policies and work processes for optimal work efficiency and effectiveness, and better use of data to drive operational policy

• Self-driven, open, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment • Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and with people from diverse backgrounds • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with digital tools (e.g. Open Government Products) to automate processes In general, applicants can expect to hear from us within 3 weeks of the close of the application window.
