As a Manager/ Senior Manager, Tuition Grant in the Student Placement and Services Division, you will be part of a dynamic team that oversees the administration and implementation of various grant schemes and scholarships in our Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs).

What the role is
What you will be working on
• Partner IHLs and external agencies on the administration and implementation of grant schemes and scholarships
• Engage grant recipients to ensure the fulfilment of service obligations
• Manage enquiries and requests on tuition grant and scholarships matters
• Initiate and participate in continuous improvement of operational policies and work processes for optimal work efficiency and effectiveness, and better use of data to drive operational policy
What we are looking for
• Self-driven, open, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
• Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and with people from diverse backgrounds
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with digital tools (e.g. Open Government Products) to automate processes
