What the role is
What you will be working on
Job Responsibilities
Training & Education / Outreach
• Support in pre-work, during and post-workshops administration. This includes blasting out information of the workshop to the target audience, attendance and registration management, logistics and resource management, feedback management and post-workshop resources.
• Manage and troubleshoot issues of the learning management system.
• Organise and analyse feedback received from workshops and training platforms.
Social Media / Website
• Manage social media platforms and to continuously engage the community with useful resources. Including being proactive in doing research on useful resources.
• Generate and manage content for social media and website.
Others
• Conduct research to keep abreast of emerging best practices and implement best practices
• Generate ideas for publicity materials; be able to design simple infographics and posters to promote Safe Sport related programmes using Canva
• Support in CoachSG events
• Support all administrative matters – including organising of meetings, events, etc.
• Maintain database and resources (local and international) related to safe sport
Policy Work / Stakeholder Engagement
• Support in the implementation of sporting organisations’ (mainly NSAs) safe sport policies, including reviewing, advising and guiding them through their policy work and documentations.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders for safe sport collaboration work.
What we are looking for
Job Requirements:
• Minimum Degree in Social Sciences / Communications, though Diploma holders with relevant experience will be considered.
• Prior relevant experience is an advantage.
• Effective in working under tight deadlines and pressure.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to stakeholders of all levels.
• Knowledgeable and interest in sport
• Willing to learn on laws around harassment and abuse
• Willing to learn and drive the Safe Sport efforts
• Sensitive, understanding, mature and patient
The level of offer will commensurate with applicants’ experience and track records. Successful candidates will be offered a 12-months Full-time contract.
