We're transforming traditional audit approaches to meet the evolving needs of a digital government.
We're seeking dynamic and forward-thinking professionals to join our team as Lead Audit Managers, Senior Audit Managers, or Audit Managers. In these roles, you'll play a crucial part in shaping the future of government ICT audits and risk management.
Audit Management: Lead and manage a portfolio of IM8 audits, focusing on key risk areas, clear articulation of findings, and development of impactful recommendations.
Risk-Based Approach Implementation: Contribute to the development, communication, and operationalisation of our new risk-based audit approach, replacing traditional broad-based compliance audits. Drive Whole-of-Government capability and behaviour to take accountability of their risks, fostering a culture of proactive risk management across agencies.
Strategic Planning: Participate in annual audit risk assessments and planning processes, identifying WOG risk trends and developing aligned audit objectives.
Policy Development and Assessment: Provide active feedback to Policy Developers on IM8 policies, standards, and guidelines, and assist in assessing policy efficacy and implementation across agencies.
Training and Development: Support the development and delivery of audit methodology training, ensuring IM8 training remains relevant and up-to-date with current policies.
Technology Integration: Identify and evaluate areas where technology can enhance audit efficiency and effectiveness, and contribute to implementing innovative solutions.
Governance Process Improvement: Participate in efforts to simplify and automate governance processes, including the enhancement of the Digital Governance Platform (DGP).
