What the role is

As part of NParks’ Corporate Strategy & Planning Division, you will be part of a small but agile team driving organisational development including process innovation and improvement, organisation change management and culture building.

What you will be working on

Working in partnership with stakeholders across NParks, you will:

  • Diagnose organisational needs, design interventions, and facilitate initiatives to support cultural alignment and change management capabilities.

  • Provide advisory and develop change strategies to enhance operating models, streamline work processes, and improve cross-team collaboration norms, and intra team dynamics.

  • Support a culture of continuous improvement through innovation programmes, award schemes, capability-building projects, and other organisational excellence initiatives.

  • Prototype, test, and iterate solutions across platforms (e.g. develop toolkits and conduct workshops, team learning sessions and engagement touchpoints), ensuring contextual fit and feedback-informed improvements.

What we are looking for

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience with strong interest and/or expertise in organisational development, change management, or transformation, ideally including the design and implementation of interventions, culture-building efforts, or corporate strategy execution.

  • Experience or interest in applying OD approaches to transformation and strategy planning efforts, contributing to NParks’ vision of building a City in Nature.

  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to facilitate alignment, build trust, and engage stakeholders across all levels.

  • Ability to facilitate insight-generation through both data analytics and human-centred methods (e.g. UX/design thinking, service journey mapping) would be advantageous.

  • A systems thinker and creative problem-solver with a can-do mindset, able to navigate complexity and ambiguity.

  • A passionate and driven team player who can work independently and thrive in collaborative environments to improve the status quo.
