What the role is
What you will be working on
• To facilitate students’ learning in pre-employment training (PET) and continuing education training (CET), and perform grading and assessment in the following areas:
Embedded systems design
Microcontroller
Electronic circuit design and testing
Programming in C/C++ or Python
• To commit at least two days per week to conduct lessons
• To perform invigilation duties, as assigned
• To contribute towards curriculum development, and provide any inputs and feedback to enhance the module content
• To participate in lesson briefings, review sessions and academic meetings.
What we are looking for
• Qualification in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or related discipline
• A minimum of three years of industry experience in one or more of the following areas:
Embedded systems design and development (firmware, device drivers)
Microcontroller/microprocessor programming and applications
Electronic circuit design and testing environment
Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++ and Python
• Possession of professional certificates in the above areas will be an added advantage
• A genuine interest and passion for sharing knowledge, engaging, and inspiring youths
• A strong sense of initiative, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
