You will:
Regional Health Management strategy development and implementation:
• Review the objectives for public healthcare Clusters as RHM through consultation with service divisions
• Support the development of a multi-year road map and strategy for building capabilities and resolving structural factors and policies
Regional Health Management role definition, governance, and capability building:
• Work with RHMs and Service Divisions to execute and implement strategies to drive cross-setting care models with clusters, including integrating care delivery and care pathways across acute, primary, and community care settings to enhance patient outcomes
• Collaborate with RHMs in building regional partnerships with other service providers to enable coordinated preventive and healthcare strategies
• Implement end-to-end strategies for regional healthcare needs, with clarity in roles and responsibilities across public healthcare institutions (PHIs), community care providers, and general practitioners (GPs).
• Develop performance monitoring structures and tools to assess the effectiveness and outcomes of regional health strategies
• Establish enablers (including data collection or sharing, funding) to enhance healthcare management at the regional levels
What we are looking for
• A degree in healthcare management, public health, or a related field.
• Experience in service planning, policy implementation, or regional health management.
• Familiarity with healthcare systems and regional health service operations.
• Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
