What the role is
What you will be working on
You will be responsible for:
i) Executing the 360-degree feedback process, including system administration, data compilation, and results analysis
ii) Identifying, designing, executing and evaluating development programmes for staff, with emphasis on leaders, supervisors and future leaders
iii) Overseeing learning resources including the design and development of online materials and modules and ensuring timely and accurate updates of staff listing and publications to provide regular just-in-time learning to staff
iv) Managing capability development communications and content on the intranet and event-related communications
v) Processing sponsored training applications and administering training bonds and minimum service period requirements.
What we are looking for
• Tertiary qualification in any discipline
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in learning & development, leadership development or related field
• Some experience in managing different aspects of the learning cycle (Learning Needs Analysis, Design, Development, Delivery and Evaluation)
• WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) / Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) / IHRP qualification will be an advantage
• Experience in human resource/ learning management systems and technologies, 360 feedback tools and/or e-learning module development is an advantage
• Experience in conducting data analysis and creating insights through visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
• Ability to work independently and drive projects with minimal supervision
• Good facilitation skills and at conceptualising and establishing new ways of work
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical, communication skills, problem-solving and time management skills
• Good team player with a positive attitude and strive for excellence in work
