The Administrative Executive is responsible for processing payments to HDB vendors through the Financial Procurement System (FPS) and providing system support to update HDB customer information related to their flat and loan accounts.

• To prepare, amend and issue Purchase Orders (PO) after ensuing accurate amounts and quantities supported by relevant approval documents. • Perform Goods Receipts timely to ensure prompt vendor payments. • Ensure proper documentation, update and maintenance of PO records and financial documents • Maintain and updates vendors for created invoices in FPS • Perform necessary journal adjustments related to vendor payments • Assists in half-yearly reviews to ensure compliance of payment process standards • Verify and process requests from HQ departments and various HDB Zones to update lease and loan-related information of HDB flat accounts in accordance to organisation policies and procedures. • Processing CPF related housing transactions. • Undertake other ad-hoc projects as assigned

• Demonstrate high levels of integrity and strong ownership in executing transactions thoroughly and meticulously • Able to work in fast-paced environment • Willingness to learn and take on higher-level work challenges • Knowledge of RPA will be an advantage 1 + 1-year Contract
