You will support the functions of the Legal Division by taking on the following roles: • Providing administrative support involving registry and record management through the use of information technology systems • Liaising with the courts and other relevant stakeholders to manage legal and other documents on behalf of the department

*Key Competencies Required* • [Litigation Support]: Prepare high quality and accurate court papers to be submitted to the Court within required timeline. • [Demonstrating Resilience]: Demonstrate emotional resilience and courage to overcome difficulties, persevering in driving towards purposeful outcomes. *Personal Traits/Work Experience* • Academic training in any field. Training in the field of business, finance or law would be an added advantage • Good communication (written and spoken) and presentation skills • Work well independently as well as in a team • Good internal/external stakeholder management skills • Adaptable to change fast Successful candidates will be appointed on a 1-year contract in the first instance. Any extension of the contract will be subject to job performance and/or manpower needs.
