What the role is
What you will be working on
Lead the team in delivering these strategies:
1. Reach out to engage social service agencies (SSAs) and be the voice of member organisations by:
- Onboarding and offboarding of member organisations to ensure sector remains relevant and dynamic
- Profiling and analysing members feedback to influence policy, programme and resources to the social service sector
- Guiding the review of NCSS Act and Regulations, membership policies and processes to ensure relevance
2. Provide benefits that can optimise member organisations’ resources and increase NCSS’ value by:
- Collecting and studying data to draw insights on NCSS member organisations’ needs
- Facilitating demand aggregation approaches to provide useful benefits to member organisations
- Woking with partners (e.g., Ministries and landlords) to manage spaces under Community, Sports and Facilities Scheme and other premises to enable service integration and shared one-stop hubs for service users and service providers
- Supporting the development and management which include sourcing of sites, space planning, project specifications, development project schedule, cost estimates and cash flow projections of social-communal facilities for delivery of services.
- Monitoring consultants’ and contractors’ work to ensure facilities development and management are completed in a cost-effective and timely manner.

Experience & Special Certification(s):
7 to 10 years’ work experience, preferably in a Social Service Sector or Management positions
