What the role is

You will be a part of the Programme Experience Operations (PXO) team. 1. User Engagement • Conceptualise and support engagement sessions with users to showcase and familiarise users with the new platform • Collect and consolidate user feedback from engagement sessions for product enhancements and improvements • Design and create relevant content, resources and collaterals (e.g., newsletters, FAQs, onboarding materials) to support product launch and user education 2. Usability Testing (UT) Support • Assist in planning, coordinating, and conducting usability testing sessions with stakeholders and end-users • Capture observations, pain points, and feedback during UT sessions • Consolidate insights to improve user experience and product design • Support analysis and reporting of usability testing findings 3. Product Documentation & Learning Materials • Draft and design user-friendly documentation including: o Quick Start Guides o Step-by-step User Manuals o Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) o Develop engaging video walkthroughs and tutorial scripts • Structure and update internal documentation to align with updated policies and processes, and organise documentation libraries for new product to ensure documentation is consistent and accessible for users

What you will be working on

In this role, interns will assist in the launch of PMAP that supports CSC’s core business of delivering learning programmes to public officers. They will play a key role in shaping the user experience and interactions with PMAP, through conceptualising and delivering communication and user engagement plans, creating relevant content and collaterals as well as conducting usability testing to educate and onboard users onto the new platform.

What we are looking for

• Strong writing and synthesising skills • Experience using tools like Canva, Figma, Adobe, or video editing software • Interest in product, UX, or digital transformation work in the public sector • Detail-oriented and able to organise materials clearly • Skilled in marketing or instructional content creation Open to polytechnic students and undergraduates.
