This strategic position will provide leadership and direction on development of key tourism special projects, including managing complex contractual, development project s and policy administration matters.

What the role is
What you will be working on
Integrated Resort (IR) Account Management
Lead the overall account management of the Sentosa IR and foster effective relationships with the Sentosa IR and Government agencies’ counterparts.
Oversee all matters related to the Sentosa IR, including ensuring key deliverables and obligations are met, including the operation and expansion plan of the Sentosa IR.
Provide guidance to the team on commercial and contractual aspects of liaison with the Sentosa IR, as necessary.
Ensure that the Sentosa IR implementation plans, change requests of scope, are well documented and/or acted on as necessary to front key correspondence with the Sentosa IR and Govt agencies.
Lead team to produce progress reports, audits and analytical recommendations, coordinate inputs and seek assistance from other SDC departments on a timely basis.
Southern Islands Activation
Lead initiatives to enhance attractiveness and mindshare of Southern Islands offerings through collaboration with relevant agencies and stakeholders.
Direct the review and evaluation of existing activation on Southern Islands, including recommendations of the next phase of its development.
Oversee SDC’s reporting to the Ministry on budgeting, strategic assessment, and project management.
Lead comprehensive commercial feasibility studies, including scope definition, budget acquisition, and tender processes.
Spearhead SDC’s collaboration with relevant stakeholders on potential business development, from conception to completion on SI and to balance alignment with Sentosa's portfolio strategies.
Management reporting
To lead Special Projects as SDC's main liaison department for Sentosa IR and Southern Islands matters to all relevant stakeholders.
Provide recommendations on Southern Islands and Sentosa IR matters to SDC senior management and the Ministry.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated approach to development of matters under Special Projects and to align with corporate workplans.
Managing and tracking of workplan and budget performance for the division.
Leadership and Capability Building
Provide strategic direction and mentorship to the Special Projects team.
Foster a culture of excellence where work environment is collaborative Dynamic.
To provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team.
To supervise overall general administration and documentation management within Special Projects team.
What we are looking for
Degree in Business, Property Management, Law or related field
Professional certification in real estate
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in mixed-used commercial projects above $100 million.
Proven track record in leading teams and managing complex new/expansion related commercial tourism related projects.
Strong understanding of Singapore's IR policies and gaming regulations.
Operational Experience in resort development / commercial sector highly advantageous
Ability to manage multiple complex project work-streams simultaneously
