What the role is
This role supports the advancement of NCSS and Community Chest’s philanthropy and engagement goals. The incumbent will interface between teams, across functions and across groups, playing a key role in supporting the fundraising team, ensuring that processes including fundraising events, run smoothly and that any (marketing) materials and support required to facilitate and assist in fundraising efforts are delivered efficiently.
What you will be working on
• Support the fundraising team in executing strategic marketing initiatives and managing day-to-day marketing ops requirements.
• Drive seamless integration on marcom requirements between fundraising campaigns, events, and internal operations to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Lead the development and production of compelling donor engagement materials that align with events, fundraising objectives and organisational goals.
• Create and manage multichannel marketing collateral that drives fundraising objectives while maintaining brand consistency.
• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to identify, engage and convert prospective donors, expanding Community Chest's donor base.
• Manage strategic donor relationships to meet fundraising objectives and enhance long-term giving potential.
• Design and deliver high-impact engagement programmes and events that strengthen donor relationships and create meaningful experiences for stakeholders.
• Lead secretariat functions including committee management, event planning, budget oversight, vendor management, and partnership development to secure donations from internal and external stakeholders.
Additional Requirements:
Flexibility to work weekday evenings and weekends as required for event support

Skills Required:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) also an advantage.
Experience & Special Certification(s):
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in fundraising campaigns, marketing and events, or a related role
• Experience in event and account management with strong stakeholder management skills
• 3P sector coordination and event management experience an added advantage.
• Some understanding of fundraising processes and requirements.
• Basic knowledge of marketing principles and tools (experience with content creation, social media, or campaign management is a plus).
