[Specific Job Responsibilities]
The key areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:
• Responsible for managing a team of butlers and chefs in the effective execution of events and delivery of high hospitality services to our guests including ensuring proper event staffing, well-curated menus with sustainable food supplies, and monitoring standards of hygiene in kitchen operations and F & B services.
• Responsible for the training and development of staff to maintain high service standards, including preparation of training and succession plans.
• Develop and update standard operating procedures for delivering consistent good service for all events
• Responsible for overseeing the inventorising, maintenance and storage and display of state gifts as well as the management of other household inventories including state crockeries, furniture, kitchen equipment and fleet of buggies.
• Maintain oversight on the budgeting and procurement processes to ensure that they adhere to the prescribed finance directives, including keeping tab of catering expenses, and vetting of tender specifications and award papers.
• Collaborate with multi-agencies in the delivery of Household services in support of state and official events
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure staff cultivates a strong safety culture.
