What the role is

As a Senior Manager, Digital Content Strategy & Production under the Communications and Engagement Group in MOE, you will work closely with the Team Lead to lead strategic digital content initiatives and oversee multimedia projects that advance the Ministry's key messages across various platforms.

What you will be working on

• Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies that align with the Ministry's communication objectives, incorporating data-driven insights and emerging digital trends • Lead multimedia campaigns and productions, managing cross-functional project teams and multiple stakeholders, including external partners and various Ministry divisions • Assist in overseeing project portfolios, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality assurance across multiple concurrent productions • Drive innovation in digital storytelling approaches, upholding technical standards and improving production workflows that enhance content quality and operational efficiency • Provide strategic counsel on digital content opportunities and technical solutions to senior management, translating complex policy messages into engaging multimedia formats

What we are looking for

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in digital content strategy and multimedia production management, with demonstrated project leadership capabilities • Proven track record in leading digital campaigns • Proven technical expertise in digital production systems, content management platforms, and analytics tools, with the ability to evaluate and implement new technologies • A strong technical foundation in video production would be preferred • An understanding of content distribution strategies across various platforms, including technical considerations for different formats and channels • Experience in stakeholder management at senior levels and vendor relationship management Applicants are required to submit a portfolio demonstrating strategic project management capabilities and technical leadership in digital content initiatives.
