What the role is:
You will be part of the Marcoms & Digital team, under the MOM’s Communications & Engagement Department that is responsible for driving marcoms, social media and digital initiatives to amplify MOM’s communications and messaging across key demographics. You will be required to plan and execute comprehensive marketing communication initiatives to drive and raise awareness of MOM’s policies and initiatives, building goodwill with the public. This role involves the need to leverage on multiple platforms and channels to effectively communicate the agency’s messages to target audiences and drive engagement across MOM’s social platforms.

What you will be working on:
• Develop MOM's social media and digital content; including conceptualisation, producing graphics/ digital content, copywriting and copyediting
• Identify key themes, topics, and formats that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement
• Oversee the Community Management process on responding to comments and on MOM’s social media platforms
• Identify opportunities for user-generated content and encourage audience participation through contests, polls, and other interactive activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with product launches, events, and marketing campaigns
• Monitor and adjust the content calendar based on real-time trends, audience feedback, and performance metrics
• Track and analyse key performance metrics (e.g. reach, engagement, conversions) to assess the effectiveness of content initiatives
• Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and optimisation in content strategy and execution
• Experiment with new content formats, platforms, and tactics to enhance performance and drive continuous growth
• Support Minister's social media platforms by planning content and working closely with media team leads
• Support Marcoms projects on pre-production, media buys and research
What we are looking for
What we are looking for:
• The ideal candidate will have at least 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar capacity including ability to conceptualise and develop communications strategy and plans and social media management. Proficiency in content production using software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Capcut) would be an advantage
• Apt knowledge and understanding of media buying platforms and effectiveness, social media platforms and trends
• Ideating and creating engaging creative content for social media
• Working with external online content partners, creative agencies, production houses and industry stakeholders
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to think creatively and respond to changing needs and requirements of the project.
• Team player and able to work both independently and in small teams, and with internal and external stakeholders
• Good written and spoken communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Possess analytical, creative thinking and problem-solving skills
