What you will be working on
- Track and analyse current affairs and developments in the digital domain
- Conduct fusion analysis of the latest defence-related developments
- Assess potential implications of regional security developments
- Develop comprehensive reports and validate assessments
Challenge(s)
- Maintaining a strong grasp of complex global and regional developments across political, defence, and military domains whilst assessing their potential implications for Singapore
- Coordinating with diverse stakeholders across MINDEF/SAF and external agencies to develop accurate reports and validate critical assessments
What we are looking for
- Education in Political Science, Strategic Studies, Geography, or a related field
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in strategic analysis, defence studies, or a related domain is preferred
- Good understanding of regional security dynamics and geopolitical trends is advantageous
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
