You will be part of HPB’s Physical Activity Department, within the Physical Activity and Healthy Ageing Division, dedicated to making active living a cornerstone of daily life. The department empowers residents to stay active by improving knowledge enhancing opportunities and support needed to build sustainable habits. The department designs and delivers effective programmes and initiatives, and partners government agencies, industry leaders, and key stakeholders to expand and improve access to a range of physical activity options . Grounded in evidence informed practice, data-driven insights, the department evolves its strategies and work to drive participation in physical activity and enhance well-being.

What you will be working on

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

As a key member of Physical Activity Department, you will be part of a team reporting to the Physical Activity department’s Senior Manager.


You will be responsible for developing and managing policies and operating procedures governing development of the H365 mobile app and its various features. A primary job focus will be to gather requirements from internal and external stakeholders and translate them into app features while developing comprehensive guidelines and governance processes in compliance to regulatory clauses. You will work closely with stakeholders to monitor and maintain established SOPs, while supporting system integration activities to ensure efficiency and accuracy in good governance. You will also play a key role in shaping the HealthierSG initiative with the H365 app positioned as a major front door for residents to access community health programmes. You will work in a cross-matrix team to develop a framework and criteria to guide the listing of community health programmes across different health domains, including physical activity, on the H365 app.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Framework & policy development: Develop and implement comprehensive multi-domain frameworks and policy guidelines for listing of healthy lifestyle programmes on H365 and maintain compliance to existing processes and guidelines.

  • Stakeholder management & process governance: Engage with stakeholders to gather tech requirements and oversee partners onboarding process while maintaining standard operating procedures for consistent service delivery.

  • System integration & technical support: Facilitate and support system integration and H365 feature development that includes app testing and documenting system requirements.

What we are looking for

BE PART OF THE TEAM

Join us if you are a dynamic and self-motivated individual who has at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in health and fitness and/or project management related work, and enjoys working in a highly matrixed, dynamic and fast-paced environment. You should also possess:

  • An interest in promoting physical activity and health

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams

  • Excellent inter-personal skills and able to effectively manage and address the different needs and expectations of both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Good analytical skills and attentiveness to details, including the ability to question processes and suggest solutions to process gap.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with verbal, written and presentation skills to present ideas and concepts.

  • Good problem-solving skills and have an innovative mind when presented with problems.

  • Basic knowledge on tech development / terminology
