What the role is
What you will be working on
This role involves overseeing culture-building initiatives, transformation programmes, change management processes, and employee engagement strategies, while driving Public Sector Transformation to enhance MOH's capacity to deliver its mission and vision. You will develop and implement strategies that balance high performance with sustainable organisational well-being, ensuring the Ministry's culture, structures, processes and leadership practices align seamlessly with its strategic objectives.
What we are looking for
We are seeking an individual who has a passion for building healthy and strong organisations. The ideal candidate will possess:
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, Organisation Development and/or change management. Experience in the public sector and/or healthcare would be advantageous.
• Proven leadership experience of 3-5 years in managing teams
• Strong analytical skills to synthesise and develop strategic issues
• Strong leadership skills and sound judgment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships, establish networks among stakeholders and gain alignment
• Maturity, sensitivity and confidence to interact with senior healthcare leaders
• A driven, goal-oriented approach with the ability to deliver complex, cross-cutting projects under tight deadlines
• Strong capability to work autonomously in dynamic and ambiguous environments
