What the role is

We are seeking bright, motivated individuals to join our Land Titles Registry Systems department. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the backbone of Singapore's legal industry and real estate market.

What you will be working on

  • Gain hands-on experience with our Digital Conveyancing Portal (DCP), support user needs analysis, identify required knowledge areas, and create a content categorisation framework for a Knowledge Management (KM) system that records DCP process, workflows, meeting notes and training materials for our stakeholders and users.

  • Contribute to the content-making of the KM system for DCP. 

  • Liaise with DCP internal and external stakeholders from public agencies, private organisations, and financial institutions. Record salient points from meeting proceedings that leads to key feature and/or policy development decisions. 

  • Work alongside product managers who are adept in using technology to impact process redesign and effect industry transformation. 

  • Develop skills in operations and change management, legal processes, and customer service. 

What we are looking for

  • Students with background in Visual Communication, Media, Business, Communications, or similar areas preferred.

  • Strong verbal and written English proficiency, with excellent communication skills to effectively document processes and articulate information in a clear and concise manner. 

  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate project operations, with experience in organising outreach and engagement activities. 

  • Exceptional organisational skills with a meticulous attention to detail, proven track record of managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and thoroughness in documentation work. 

  • Passionate about product development, technology and its application in public service.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organisation and analytical skills.

  • Eager to learn and contribute to national development. 

  • Able to commit full time from July 2025 to December 2025 for at least 3 or 6 months.
