What the role is
What you will be working on
To supervise and mentor student leaders from Leadership & Character Development co-curricular activities (CCAs) and increase learners’ participation. To maintain a healthy number of student members in each assigned club.
To review clubs’ objectives and ensure programmes meet the respective clubs’ requirements.
To ensure the environment is conducive for learners’ development. To guide students and help them develop the NYP core values.
To design, develop, implement and evaluate leadership training programmes. This includes mentoring processes to ensure that student leaders are well-equipped to fulfil their roles and are able to manage their clubs more efficiently.
To assist with gathering data from primary sources, data cleaning and analysis, building dashboards and providing actionable insights to help the department make data-driven decisions.
To work with management to prioritise information needs and define new process improvement opportunities.
What we are looking for
Experience in planning and organising leadership programmes.
Strong communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
Ability to connect and work with students and learners from diverse backgrounds.
Ability to hone and nurture essential life skills in students and learners to foster personal growth.
Proven working experience in collecting and analysing data and building dashboards.
Possess knowledge of database design and development, strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy, experience with data visualization tools (Power BI) and familiarity with AI techniques.
Technical expertise and experience using statistical packages for analysing datasets will be advantageous.
