You will be responsible for coordinating across relevant stakeholders to achieve better integration of our programmes, processes and technologies. You will measure the outcomes of these interventions and evaluate their impact to propose refinements and further implementation plans. Programme and Policy Design – You will work with senior stakeholders and partners from other government agencies to adjust existing HR policies and design strategies to strengthen employee experience outcomes. This could include frameworks, programmes and resources around how we can strengthen a culture of well-being, innovation and productivity in the workplace.
