What the role is

You ensure training resources are effectively managed and safety standards are maintained across all training activities.

What you will be working on

- Manage training resources and coordination - Oversee safety governance and consequence management - Track soldier fundamentals such as Individual Physical Proficiency Test (IPPT), Standard Obstacle Course (SOC) or Annual Currency Shoot - Coordinate post-course surveys Challenge(s) - Managing competing training demands with limited resources - Coordinating complex stakeholder requirements - Ensuring compliance with training policies and directives - Meeting tight turnaround times for resource allocation

What we are looking for

- At least 3 years of working experience in operations and logistics management, training and administration - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving - Excellent analytical and logical reasoning - Proven stakeholder management capabilities - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge management expertise - IT Savvy - Leadership and team management - Adaptive and self-motivated - Organised and meticulous Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
