You are responsible for managing Operationally Ready National Servicemen (NSmen) personnel affairs processes and driving NS digitalisation initiatives across the Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN).

- Manage comprehensive NSmen personnel affairs processes, encompassing personnel queries, disciplinary proceedings, security clearance assessments, NS IPPT/NS FIT waiver evaluations, award nominations, and mobilisation exercise support - Lead digitalisation and process automation initiatives - Work closely with various stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery - Support Total Defence Award Gala Dinner Challenges - Managing diverse NS functions across multiple domains - Implementing SAF-level digitalisation initiatives within RSN context

- Education in Human Resource or a related field - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Excellent stakeholder management skills - Meticulous attention to detail - Strong IT proficiency (Microsoft Excel) Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
