Lead the team in delivering these strategies:

1. Engage and develop member organisations through a tiered approach to grow an impactful and vibrant social service sector by:
- Working with member organisations and stakeholders to grow relationships with the Board, Head of Agencies and key staff, so as to contribute to the development plans of the organisations
- Planning and coordinating across NCSS, MSF, MOH/AIC, MOE etc to align directions, communications, and engagement messages to member organisations
- Partnering member organisations to develop plans to improve their organisational capabilities to strengthen their service delivery
- Developing and deploying platforms to engage member organisations through one-to-one (e.g., leadership/CE visits), one-to-few (e.g., small group sessions) and one-to-many (e.g., Summit, AGM) approaches

2. Steward work systems and processes to improve members and stakeholders experience with NCSS by:
- Streamlining key workflows and analysing data across NCSS teams and stakeholders to provide deep insights of the progress of sector strategies
- Developing systems to enable and coordinate sources of truth and 360 view of each member organisation and engagement for trending analysis and future planning
