What the role is
What you will be working on
- Assist in the review of training pedagogy to ensure its relevance to operational demands and industry trending in training development
- Conduct regular Training Needs Analysis, to identify training gaps in the current Training Roadmap
- Drive the development of new/review existing Course Management Plan (CMP)
- Manage and review the development of all lesson plans for courses conducted by the school
- Review the performance of courses conducted by the school and external training partners and propose the appropriate remedial actions
- Manage the Instructors’ competency framework
- Drive experiments and/or adoption of training innovation in the school
Challenge(s)
- Managing dynamic curriculum and content development across all levels of the domain expertise training
- Being conversant with the expertise architecture and operational demands, and translating these demands into training requirements
- Continually track and learn new doctrines and work processes, and applying these into the curricula development
- Creating practical, innovative training content and using effective instructional methodologies to build vocational and functional skills of the learners
What we are looking for
- At least 6 years of experience in operations, training or development
- Strong project management capabilities
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Effective communication, presentation and writing skills
