Legal Executive

As a Legal Executive, you will be involved in the prosecution of statutory offences relating to HDB properties and carparks under the relevant Acts and Rules. You will be required to appear in court and conduct prosecutions, including trials, on behalf of HDB. You will also be required to liaise with the relevant stakeholders on various issues which include the amendments to the various legislations. Your other duties will include assisting with tenancy and lease litigation, legal research and the drafting of legal opinions. As an officer of the Board, you will also be involved in department and boardwide projects.

You should possess at least a Diploma in Legal Studies/Diploma in Law & Management/Diploma in Para-Legal Studies. You should ideally have at least 2 years of experience in prosecution matters and/or experience in carrying out investigative work for offences. Applicants with a Diploma from a local polytechnic will also be considered if you have the relevant experience in investigative work. You should have strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to work independently.
