What the role is

The Visual Arts Department is seeking an officer to support grant management processes and coordinate stakeholder meetings.

What you will be working on

Closure of Grants Disbursed

Monitor the completion schedules of all open grants.
Ensure the timely disbursement of grant monies based on each grant’s unique schedule.
Liaise with grantees on timely submission of relevant documentation for disbursements.
Check documentation submitted by grantees to ensure compliance with funding requirements.
Trigger the grant disbursement process in-system.

Organising Meetings

Arrange meeting dates based on attendees’ availabilities.
Book rooms and send meeting invitations.
Track attendance and support minute-taking where necessary.

What we are looking for

Analytical skills for data extraction, data sorting and data merging.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
An excellent communicator with strong writing skills and high standards of accuracy.
Highly driven, proactive and a strong team player
