[LTA-PT] DEPUTY /ASSISTANT MANAGER, OPERATIONS
What the role is
What you will be working on
You will work with a team and be responsible for the operations and maintenance of the bus fleet management system. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work with new emerging technologies in the public transport bus domain.
For this role, we are looking for a candidate who is passionate and willing to learn and work in the public transport domain.
Your responsibilities include:
• Work with the team lead to put in place business process and standard operating procedures to ensure smooth system operations
• Conduct audit at bus depots and generate reports to ensure that the system is being maintained
• Liaises with Public Transport Operators (PTOs) and internal/external stakeholders on matters relating to the front-end devices on public buses
• Assist in investigation relating to system issues
• Handle data sharing requests within and across organisations
What we are looking for
• Preferably knowledge in engineering, statistics, data management or IT-related
• Experience in audit and data analytics will be an advantage
• Proficient in the use of MS Office (i.e Word and Excel) and is keen to develop skills
• Good presentation, interpersonal and writing skills
• Analytical with a mind towards problem-solving
• Be adaptable to new roles or new way of working as you grow in your career with us
