You will be part of the Organization Development team that drive strategic organizational development interventions and programmes by leveraging on analytics to provide data-driven insights and implementing automation solutions to optimize processes within Organization Development (OD) and Talent Management (TM) departments.

You will be involved in: • Lead analytics for all OD and TM programmes (such as but not limited to organizational effectiveness & health, employee engagement surveys, pulse surveys, employee wellness, talent reviews, succession planning, competency evaluation, learning needs etc.) • Conduct analytics and data-driven diagnostics to measure the effectiveness of OD and TM initiatives and programmes, identify trends, strengths and critical gaps. • Championing employee experience and culture and contribute to building organisational agility and resilience. • Design and implement automation for key OD and TM processes using RPA, workflow tools, and Power Apps. • Manage OD programmes and initiatives, as assigned.

• A dynamic, data-savvy catalyst for change with 2-5 years of experience in OD. You should possess strong data analytics and process automation skills, thriving on using insights to build flourishing workplaces and empower people. You Should Also Be: • Analytical, with strong problem-solving, communication, data storytelling, and stakeholder management skills • An Effective Communicator and Team Player – You communicate clearly and concisely through written and spoken language, and are comfortable interacting with all stakeholders to get them to understand your perspective. • Analytics Expertise - Strong statistical analysis, data modelling, and visualization skills (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). • Automation Proficiency: Hands-on experience with RPA (e.g., UiPath) and workflow automation tools (e.g., Microsoft Power Automate) and Microsoft Power App. • Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with HR systems and processes will be an added advantage We will notify shortlisted candidates within 4 weeks of receiving applications.
