What the role is
What you will be working on
As a member of a team, you will collaborate with healthcare practitioners, regulators, administrators and educators, to
• Organize and coordinate the efforts of practitioners and educators to develop competency frameworks, governance standards and training programs;
• Set up and administer training grants to facilitate the provision and uptake of training and development; and
• Assess the risk of new and emerging healthcare roles and introduce appropriate manpower standards and governance to safeguard patients’ well-being.
