The Senior Manager / Manager (OSB Manpower Planning & Management) provides administrative support on HR related matters for both CSOG and Healthcare Reserve Force (HRF) and is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of manpower planning strategies and ensuring the readiness of CSOG and HRF to meet organizational needs in responding effectively and efficiently to disease outbreaks, public health and civil emergencies.
The candidate will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.

What you will be working on
This role involves analyzing workforce requirements, coordinating manpower planning activities, and facilitating the preparedness of manpower resources to support operational readiness.
What we are looking for
• Minimally a good tertiary education preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in HR support functions, manpower planning, or talent management.
• Experience in reviewing and updating HR plans, workflows, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in alignment with updated policies and changes
• Experience in collaborating with other stakeholders to develop HR solutions and action plans
• Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure situations
• Experience in software knowledge – Microsoft suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Experience in recruitment marketing
• Possess strong competency to evaluate content and synthesise information to prioritize solutions that support branch goals
• Possess good analytical as well as command and control ability
• Possess good writing and effective communication skills
• Responsive and adaptive to dynamic working environment
• Possess effective negotiation skills
• Patient, objective and a team player with positive attitude
• Dedicated and has a strong desire to learn and excel
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure
