What the role is
What you will be working on
• Coordinate and support arts-based CCAs, providing student development and pastoral care, and managing CCA trainers and alumni engagement
• Plan and execute TRCC events and festivals, support institution-wide programmes, and manage related budgets
• Promote TRCC initiatives through internal and external outreach
• Involved in administrative duties include documentation, minute-taking, and timely reporting of programme outcomes
What we are looking for
• 3–4 years’ relevant experience in arts, culture, or community sectors
• Strong passion for the arts and awareness of the local arts scene
• Proven experience in curating and delivering impactful live performances
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and thrive in a dynamic environment
• Basic marketing skills required; content creation and digital marketing skills are a plus
• Experience in arts programming, traditional/cultural arts, or front-of-house management, is an added advantage
