As a Senior Executive/ Manager, Procurement Policy in the Finance and Procurement Division, you will be part of a dynamic team that drives procurement excellence across MOE Schools and Headquarters (HQ). You will strengthen procurement practices across MOE Schools and HQ and implement procurement policies and processes that ensure compliance, efficiency, and value for money while developing the capabilities of MOE's procurement community.

What the role is
What you will be working on
• Review and analyse MOE procurement processes to ensure alignment with government procurement policies
• Support the development and maintenance of procurement guidelines, standard operating procedures, and resources to facilitate compliance across MOE
• Conduct procurement training needs analysis and organise training sessions to enhance procurement capabilities within the MOE community
• Help stakeholders navigate complex procurement scenarios by providing timely and accurate guidance and advices
• Review and improve procurement templates and documentation to enhance user experience and compliance
What we are looking for
• Relevant experience in procurement work and familiarity with government procurement policies would be an advantage
• An independent, proactive and resourceful team player
• Good analytical abilities, writing, communication and presentation skills
