What the role is
What you will be working on
- You will play a key role in strengthening EnterpriseSG's organisational effectiveness by designing and implementing impactful organisational development (OD) interventions. You will enhance our organisational capabilities by leading culture transformation programmes, developing leadership frameworks, and driving change management initiatives across the agency.
- Beyond implementing standard OD interventions, you will partner with division leaders to diagnose organisational challenges and design creative solutions that drive performance and engagement. You will have the opportunity to shape EnterpriseSG's workplace of the future through innovative approaches to work design, team effectiveness, and capability building.

You will get to:
- Design and facilitate our signature leadership development programmes, including the annual leadership retreats for middle managers, directors and executive management
- Lead the planning and execution of agency-wide engagement initiatives such as Townhalls, ensuring meaningful connections across all levels
- Drive culture transformation projects and change management initiatives, partnering closely with division leaders to enable smooth transitions and sustained adoption
- Develop and implement frameworks for team effectiveness and organisational diagnosis, providing data-driven insights to enhance organisational performance
- Create innovative learning experiences and development interventions to build future-ready capabilities across the agency
- Partner with stakeholders to design and implement new ways of working, focusing on workplace transformation and hybrid work arrangements
What we are looking for
To succeed in this role, you should be/have:
- Relevant experience in organisational development, with proven track record in designing and implementing large-scale change initiatives
- Professional certifications in OD methodologies, change management or related fields would be advantageous
- Strong expertise in diagnostic tools, facilitation techniques and learning experience design
- Experience in partnering senior stakeholders and managing complex, concurrent transformation projects in the public sector
- Highly resourceful self-starter with a strong desire to continuously learn and improve
- Curious about the psychology and behaviour of people, and have the drive to ignite continued change
- Engaging, empathetic, and write, speak and present well
