What the role is

NAC's Marketing & Audience Development department advocates and amplifies the value and importance of the arts through various communications efforts. You will work closely with the whole of the Council and its parent Ministry to provide strategic counsel and support in the areas of marketing communications, to highlight the Council’s role as champion of the arts. You will also work with departments within the Council, and with external stakeholders to initiate, implement and manage marketing communications initiatives which are aligned with NAC’s mission, vision and strategic thrusts.

What you will be working on

  • Develop, build and implement, marketing initiatives and campaigns for SG Culture Pass and related products, to grow arts audience attendance, participation as well as utilisation of SG Culture Pass credits
  • Plan and implement holistic and sustainable 360-degree integrated marketing communications strategies and campaigns to attract, sustain and retain diverse audience segments
  • Provide strategic counsel as well as manage branding, marketing campaigns and creative messaging to ensure strong and consistent brand positioning for SG Culture Pass
  • Develop, implement and manage CRM and engagement programme to build stickiness and enhance audience relationships
  • Analyse audience data and insights to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for growth to support and advance SG Culture Pass
  • Monitor, report and establish best practices on audience metrics and performance of SG Culture Pass marketing initiatives and campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimise strategies and tactics to ensure alignment with KPIs          
  • Identify and leverage marketing communications opportunities through partnerships
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal (sector leads, stat boards, ministry, etc.) and external stakeholders (creative and marketing agencies, media buying agencies, marketing partners, arts stakeholders, etc).

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, marketing communications, digital & social media or a related field
  • Minimum 8 to 13 years of relevant work experience in corporate, digital and marketing communications, with experience in branding, and arts marketing desirable
  • Proven success with SEO, social media, and email marketing strategies
  • Strong organisational, project management and management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player, able to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Good networking capabilities
  • Knowledgeable and passionate about the arts and culture
