What the role is
What you will be working on
You will be part of a team involved in the management of Architectural, Structural and Mechanical & Electrical as-built drawings of HDB properties (physical and digital copy). The job scope includes liaising with internal and external stakeholders (e.g consultants, contractors) on receiving and carrying out review of the as-built drawings, as well as sales of the drawings to stakeholders. You will also be involved in updating the internal Building Plan system to maintain accurate records and managing the system, including searching and retrieving digital plans (PDF format) requested by customer. Ad-hoc assignments relating to Building Plan Office operations may also be tasked.
What we are looking for
· Possess good background in Engineering, Building or Architecture with at least 2 years of relevant experience
· Have good knowledge in reading technical drawings and use of Microsoft Office tools
· Knowledge of AutoCAD or BIM software will be an advantage
· Positive attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills, be independent, meticulous and able to work as a team
