You will be involved in the industry planning of new estates such as one-north, Punggol Digital District, alongside industry officers, urban planners, and architects.

Your role will include (but not ilmited to): a) Execute new development projects to ensure that the new estates achieve its work-live-play-learn vision. b) Develop and implement new real estate concepts and adaptive reuse strategies to inject dynamic uses into old buildings. c) Plan and realize strategies to strengthen integration of the new estates with the business ecosystem and higher learning institutions. d) Other responsibilities will include developing and implementing test-bed programs, business development and engagement strategies, developer partnership programme and budgeting.

Background in relevant disciplines like business, real estate, economics etc. At least 2-3 years of relevant experience and is a team-player. Possesses good interpersonal skills. We will notify shortlisted candidates within 4 weeks of receiving applications
