The successful candidate will play a crucial role in PUB’s mission by ensuring the 3P Network department’s smooth operation. The candidate will work closely with and support the Marketing Division in executing integrated marketing campaigns, branding and publicity initiatives, as well as digital communications.

The key job responsibilities will include the following: • Develop communications strategy to support outcomes for the project and assist in the execution of marketing communications plans and campaigns. • Develop branding efforts such as marketing communications collaterals, corporate branding, and corporate merchandise, and assist in the production and inventory management. • Provide information on branding guidelines to colleagues and stakeholders to ensure compliance. • Assist to monitor the usage of brand and associated collaterals to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and manage collateral/merchandise requests from departments. • Monitor and manage efficiently inventory stock for collaterals and merchandise. • Provide support for managing website, social media, and digital platforms. • Perform administrative, procurement and budgetary duties. • Assist in other duties to support the department’s daily operations.

• Diploma in Communications/Business/Marketing/Finance or related fields, with 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience. • Effective writing, interpersonal and communication skills. • IT-savvy and highly conversant in office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as a good team player. • Able to multi-task and manage project timelines. • Meticulous with an eye for details.
