What the role is
What you will be working on
As the Operation Manager at ROM, you will be required to support the overall frontline and backend operations at ROM. This includes the following:
1. Coordinator among frontline service delivery teams (including casuals, auxiliary service support vendors and scheduled solemnisers) to ensure for good customer experience for visitors.
2. Attend to public enquiries (walk-in, calls, emails)
3. Engage couples for views and feedback for update to management
4. Review Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to improve operational efficiency and customer experience
5. Provide backend corporate support e.g. in facilities, procurement related to digital experiences and facilities improvement initiatives, preparation and setup of interim and satellite sites.
6. Finance-related matters such as budgeting and forecast.
7. Work on any other tasks assigned by the Registrar or your Reporting Officer.
