What you will be working on
You will be responsible for the following:
- Support proactive engagement of community partners eg Advisers, GRLs, community volunteers, residents, and NEA public health officers
- Support marketing and content creation (knowledge and skills in editing software – e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier Pro will be an advantage).
- Provide support for administrative duties including procurement, logistics coordination and invoicing processes
- Support Learning Journeys and visits to EHI’s research facilities
- Manage feedback from stakeholders and public
What we are looking for
Requirements:
- Good interpersonal skills with experience in community engagement or social service or customer service work
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Detail-oriented and able to multi-task
- Mature, independent, and resourceful
- Able to work outside regular working hours (on weekends or after office hours) to perform ad-hoc community engagement work
