The Senior Consultant serves as a pivotal enabler driving delivery performance, financial governance, process efficiency and vendor accountability within the CIO Office. As CSA embarks on an Agile-driven transformation journey, this role ensures Day 2 operational excellence and value realisation through data-driven insights, fostering agility and aligning day-to-day execution with evolving business priorities.

What the role is
What you will be working on
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for delivery performance and realisation of business value across programs and initiatives within CIO Office
a. Monitor Operational Performance: Define and track Day 2 operational metrics such as system uptime, stability, and incident response trends.
b. Develop Executive Dashboards: Build and maintain performance dashboards to provide visibility into squad delivery, value outcomes, and run-state health.
c. Drive Value Realisation: Partner with product and business owners to define, measure, and report value delivered across products and initiatives.
d. Document Agile Transformation: Capture progress, best practices, and lessons learned from Agile adoption to support continuous improvement.
2. Oversee technology financial governance to ensure effective budgeting, cost control and value-driven investment decisions
a. Lead Financial Governance: Manage end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and spend tracking across both CAPEX and OPEX portfolios.
b. Ensure Financial Transparency: Collaborate with finance stakeholders to produce accurate, timely financial reports and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
3. Drive continuous process optimisation to enhance efficiency, reduce waste and improve service delivery outcomes
a. Optimise Processes for Efficiency: Analyse and redesign workflows to remove inefficiencies, streamline approvals, and enhance cross-functional collaboration.
b. Enable Automation: Identify opportunities and implement solutions such as RPA to reduce manual tasks and improve process turnaround times.
4. Manage vendor relationships to ensure performance, compliance, and alignment with strategic objectives
a. Manage Vendor Relationships: Oversee vendor performance, ensuring service delivery, contractual compliance, and alignment with organisational goals.
b. Facilitate Vendor Governance: Support the development of SOWs, monitor vendor OKRs, and lead performance review meetings for continuous alignment.
What we are looking for
Requirements
• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent qualifications
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience
• Professional certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, CISSP, SANS, or equivalent are highly desirable
• A collaborative team player who also performs effectively independently with minimal supervision
