What the role is
What you will be working on
You will be involved in the following:
• Develop and implement the annual strategic planning exercise which includes conducting organisational analysis, preparing workplan materials, organising management retreats, facilitating planning focus group discussions, coordinating workplan presentations, and synthesising key initiatives, to ensure a structured planning process and help the organisation achieve its long-term goals
• Facilitate and support organisational development, change management and internal transformation efforts, to achieve long-term organisational effectiveness
• Align organisational design, culture and processes to institutionalise best practices and catalyse transformation for AGD
• Review and implement corporate performance and risk management metrics to measure the state of the organisation’s transformation journey and operational efficiency
• Support the development of the organisation’s sustainability report to align with the relevant global standards
• Monitor and identify emerging trends to curate development content and pathways that will guide competency development
• Formulate and drive staff engagement plans to promote a strong work culture
• Organise and implement corporate events including the townhalls and internal learning seminars, to strengthen staff engagement
What we are looking for
Functional/Technical Competencies:
• Background in Business, Human Resource, Organisational Development, Finance or related disciplines with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Strong analytical mindset with passion in strategic planning and organisational development
Generic Competencies:
• People-oriented and able to foster strong relationships with stakeholders to obtain buy-in for new or changed policies
• Good communication, organisational, analytical and project management skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, meticulous, and able to multi-task

• Good team player who is able to work in a fast-paced and fluid environment
