We welcome you to join our team as: ASSISTANT DIRECTOR / SENIOR ASSISTANT DIRECTOR BUILDING INFRASTRUCTURE (2-YEAR CONTRACT) This is a strategic role under the Infrastructure and Court Resources Division. You will oversee contract management processes and lead stakeholder engagement with internal teams, consultants, and contractors for an A&A project.

What you will be working on

Key duties are as follows: • Managing the full contract lifecycle including variations, payments, and compliance across all project packages • Establishing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for contract administration • Overseeing variation approvals and ensuring proper documentation of all contract changes • Managing payment processes and ensuring alignment with contract terms across packages • Monitoring overall project expenditure against budget and providing management reports • Ensuring adherence to internal procedures, government guidelines, and IM requirements • Managing audit responses and maintaining complete contract documentation • Providing strategic guidance on contract interpretation and dispute resolution

What we are looking for

Requirements: • Degree in Building/Quantity Surveying • 5 to 10 years of experience in contract management and quantity surveying • Proven track record in managing complex building projects • Strong knowledge of construction contracts and government procurement guidelines • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills • Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving abilities • Experience in establishing and implementing contract management system Note: Only short-listed candidates will be notified.
