What the role is
What you will be working on
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual with strong and communication skills to join the Engagement team under the Enforcement Engagement & Training Division (EFET). EFET’s Engagement team plays a key role in supporting the divisions within the Enforcement Subgroup to promote compliance with LTA Enforcement. The role’s responsibilities include:
Lead strategic communication to promote regulatory awareness and compliance for path and road safety.
Manage a team of staff to identify and develop engagement initiatives in support of LTA Enforcement’s goals.
Oversee the creation of communication materials to support public engagement efforts across various platforms — including engagement collaterals, outreach events, as well as integrated marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with internal divisions to translate enforcement data and insights into actionable strategies for improving engagement.
Drive partnerships and engagements with relevant partners and industries to facilitate compliance.
As part of the shortlisting process for the role, you may be required to complete a medical declaration and / or undergo further assessment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, experience in engaging and managing stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
Detail-oriented, resourceful, and highly self-driven.
Independent and analytical, with the ability to develop innovative engagement solutions to support a variety of policy and operational matters related to enforcement and user compliance.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to sense-make critically.
At least 5 years of experience in marketing communications or engagement-related work, including event planning and management.
