As a Manager/ Senior Manager/ Lead Manager, School Campus (Facilities Management) in the Infrastructure and Facility Services Division, you will be part of a new and dynamic team and serve as an Infrastructure Partner to a group of schools to manage the facility services and maintenance of various school campuses.

What the role is
What you will be working on
• Manage Integrated Facilities Management (FM) Term Contract(s) for schools, including the engagement of the schools’ management to establish revised FM processes and oversee FM operations and performance of service providers
• Analyse performance indicators using data analytics or data visualisation tools to identify potential challenges and recommend possible solutions to enhance building operations, school satisfaction and engagement
• Review consultants’ design proposals and manage infrastructure projects to enhance school buildings for better operational outcomes (e.g. installation of lifts, energy efficient LED lights and direct-current fans)
• Manage all financial aspects of projects including budget preparation and approval, quotations and tenders, star rates verification, performance bonus scores and final account assessment, and administration of monthly progress payments, contractor claims and Purchase Orders
• Promote partnerships with schools and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of quality improvement programmes, building projects and services
What we are looking for
• Relevant training/ background/ experience in FM, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying or Construction Cost Engineering
• Good knowledge, understanding and expertise in the FM industry and Authorities regulations
• Prior experience in FM services of educational and institutional buildings and/ or proficiency in the Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract (PSSCOC) and Conditions of Contract would be an advantage
• Good stakeholder management and engagement skills
• Good analytical, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Proactiveness and ability to work well independently and in a team
