What you will be working on
Responsibilities
As a HR Business Partner (BP), you provide comprehensive HR support to line Departments, delivering effective solutions across full spectrum of HR operations. This encompasses recruitment, staff matters and employee communications to achieve effective business outcomes. Working collaboratively, you will proactively engage with various stakeholders while keeping abreast of progressive HR practices and key market trends.
What we are looking for
Requirements
At least 5 years of working experience in HR. Experience in HR Business Partnership role would be an advantage.
Strong problem-solving, writing, analytical and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines, resourceful and resilient.
