We are looking for a motivated and driven person who enjoys working in a collaborative and dynamic environment, to be part of the Ops Policy Branch under the Transformation department in the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA).
As the Assistant Director, you will be leading a team to perform the following functions, (i) Ops Planning and Review for workstreams relating to Subsidy and Systems, (ii) plan and carry out subsidy projects such as N2 reassessment, (iii) policy liaison with MSF and (iv) carry out resource planning.
You will be involved in working with stakeholders (internal and externa) before conceptualising the ops policy changes and the assessment on the impact to the systems and officers on the ground. This will include looking at change management and system enhancements to develop technical workflows and requirements.
