What you will be working on
Successful applicant will play an active role in managing soft services through the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) framework, whilst overseeing office administration and coordinating all facility-related events and activities. The key responsibilities include:
• Oversee the day-to-day IFM soft services and relevant process/procedures with service providers to ensure service delivery and contractual obligations are met. This includes conducting monthly joint inspection, vendor performance monitoring, and service quality assessments
• Manage facility booking and event setup to support the exam operations within short turnaround time and assist in the review of existing processes to improve its effectiveness
• Process registry records and new file series in the system, including conducting UAT to ensure reliability and functionality
• Ensure that sufficient pantry and stationery supplies are maintained for daily operations
• Manage contract lifecycle including drafting and renewal processes
